Advice service helps people solve their legal, consumer and other
problems by providing free advice, and by influencing policymakers. Chelmsford
Citizens Advice Bureau
is a registered charity and more than 20,000 of the people involved in the
service around the uk are trained volunteers,
helping people to resolve nearly six million problems a year.
